Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DBR Protocol Command Centre, interacting with the IntelBot, or joining The Barracks (Telegram), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not request clearance or use the system.

2. STRICT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (READ CAREFULLY)

The DBR Protocol is a health and fitness tracking system designed for educational and informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals, and this is not medical advice.

The Protocol involves significant dietary modifications, including structured intermittent fasting schedules and specific macronutrient restrictions (such as low-carbohydrate, high-protein frameworks).

This system is designed to alter how your body utilizes stored fat for energy. Because it represents a substantial shift from standard dietary guidelines, it carries inherent physiological impacts.

You explicitly acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this dietary and fasting regimen at your own risk.

You must consult with a licensed physician before beginning this or any other fitness program, especially if you have existing health conditions, diabetes, or cardiovascular issues. DBR Protocol and its founder assume no liability for personal injury, health complications, or damages sustained through the use of this system.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Alpha Cohort & Veteran Rates

Access to the DBR Protocol Alpha Deployment requires an initial payment of £25.00. This grants 12 weeks of access. Following this period, a recurring "Veteran Rate" subscription of £10.00 per month will automatically commence to maintain access to the HQ and IntelBot.

Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your HQ settings or by contacting support [at] dbrprotocol [dot] com.

Refunds

Due to the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, access links, and proprietary AI configurations, the initial £25.00 payment is non-refundable.

4. Rules of Engagement & Termination

Access to The Barracks (our private Telegram community) is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to instantly terminate your access to the Telegram group and the Command Centre, without refund, if you:

  • Harass, insult, or demean other members of the squad.
  • Spam the group with unauthorized promotions or links.
  • Share proprietary DBR Protocol materials, meal frameworks, or Command Centre access with uncleared third parties.
