1. The Mission (Our Commitment to Privacy)

DBR Protocol ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and utilize your intel in accordance with UK GDPR.

2. Intel We Collect

To operate the Command Centre and the IntelBot, we collect the following data:

Identity & Contact Data

Email address (collected via Stripe) and your Telegram Username.

Physiological Metrics (Biometrics)

Weight, height, waist measurements, and dietary preferences that you voluntarily submit to the DBRIntelBot.

Financial Data

We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe.

3. How Your Intel is Deployed

We only use your data to execute the core mission of the DBR Protocol:

  • To calculate your daily macronutrient targets.
  • To generate automated "Morning Sitrep" check-ins via Telegram.
  • To track your physical progress within your private HQ dashboard.
  • To send operational emails (receipts, clearance updates, system offline notices).

We will never sell, rent, or trade your physiological or personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

To run this operation, your data passes through highly secure, encrypted third-party infrastructure:

  • Telegram: For bot interactions and community hosting.
  • Turso / Vercel: For our encrypted backend database and serverless application hosting.
  • Stripe: For all secure financial transactions.

5. Your Tactical Rights (GDPR)

Under UK law, you have the right to request access to the data we hold on you, request corrections to that data, or demand a total "data wipe" (deletion of your profile and metrics from our database). To execute any of these rights, contact us at support [at] dbrprotocol [dot] com.

6. COOKIE PROTOCOL & SESSION TRACKING

To ensure the secure operation and continuous improvement of the DBR Protocol Command Centre, we deploy two classifications of cookies:

Essential Operations

We utilize strictly necessary cookies provided by Stripe for secure financial transactions, alongside encrypted session tokens to maintain your authenticated clearance within the HQ.

Telemetry & Analytics

With your explicit consent, we utilize Google Tag Manager to deploy analytical cookies. This telemetry data helps us understand site traffic and optimize the onboarding sequence. We do not sell this analytical data to third parties. You can manage or revoke your consent at any time via the settings on your device or browser.
